I’ve been a full-time freelance editor since April 2023.

I work with both authors and publishers.

I studied journalism. I’m familiar with CMOS and AP guidelines, as well as American, Australian, British, and Canadian English. I’m an active member of ACES, EFA, and CIEP.

That ^ being said, as a reader, I most often reach for: magical realism, speculative fiction, thriller, historical fiction, and fantasy. I love perfectly executed dual timelines and multi-POVs.

(Obviously) I believe AI belongs nowhere near art.

When I’m not editing, I love traveling, hiking, and secondhand or antique shopping.

I’m a thirty-something-year-old American living in the Black Forest region of Germany with my husband, our one-year-old daughter, and my two editorial assistants (read: cats).
